2. Feedback session - 1-2 hour at $275/hr

3. Scoring and Report Writing - $200

4. Clinical Interview - 1-2 hour at $275/hr

Total- ~$1,300-$3,150

ADHD/ADD Assessment

​

1. ADHD Assessment Administration (purchase fee)- $126

2. Feedback session - 1-2 hour at $275/hr

3.Scoring and Report Writing - $200

4.Clinical Interview - 1-2 hour at $275/hr

Total- ~$876-$1,426

WAIS-5 Assessment

​

1. Clinical Interview- 1-2 hours at $275/hr

2. Administration in- person- 2-3 hours at $275/hr

3.  Scoring and Report Writing- $650 

4. Feedback Session- 1-2 hour at $275/hr

Total- ~$1,750-$2,575

MMPI-3 Assessment

​

1. Clinical Interview- 1-2 hours at $275/hr

2. Test administration - $47.25

3. Scoring and Report Writing - $150

4. Feedback Session- 1-2 hours at $275/hr

Total- ~$747-$1,297

Extra Note- If two or more assessments are needed, only 1–2 hours are required for the clinical interview and feedback session.
